"You are crazy. Boarding school was like my own private hell. I hated having to be all prim and proper.." He made a face of disgust. The only good thing about it was that Addy had to endure it all with him. "It sounds like you've gotten everything all planned out. I still have no idea what I'm going to do once I graduate. I've never been on my own before.." He dropped his hands back into his lap. "What kind of a job are you going to get?"

"Yeah but you were there without your family. your parents I mean. I'd give everything to be there instead of you then" Aidan sighed. He could be all prim and proper. He was like that anyway. "I don't know yet" He bit lips bottom lip. a job? "Anything that I can get that provides me enough money to survive. Then I will try to sell my music"

"Understandable.."Christian nodded, turning back around in his seat to tap a few random keys on the piano just to give him something to do with his hands. He should start looking up to Aidan, he could really learn something from him. Chris hadn't even started thinking about life after school. He wouldn't know what to do when his father finally cut him off of his bank account, and he had Brooklyn to support. "Do you have a girlfriend Kinney?" He asked curiously.

Aidan snorted at that surprised with both the question and the idea of him having a girlfriend. "Me? And do you know a girl who'd want a guy like me? Cause I haven't met one like that so far. Nor a guy" He added quietly. Of course he remembered his conversation with Graham a few days earlier but they were both tipsy and the pub was dark so Aidan didn't really believe his words

Christian's head shot in his direction so suddenly that he managed to get a painful crick in the neck, the heat rising back into his cheeks for a second time. He had been having his doubts that Aidan was interested in men at all. Sure, he had been flirting along with him before but that seemed like a game really. "Oh.." He rubbed at the back of his neck to get rid of the pain. "It's nothing to be ashamed of. I've never had one either.."

"You?" Aidan asked in disbelief. "No way. Girls and guys must be after you all the time" He said. They had to. Aidan would probably too if he had enough faith in himself. Of course he could crush on him in silence, dreaming of him before falling asleep but he knew that would have no chance of coming true so he'd make sure not to allow himself that. He had to stay realistic

"Not really.." He was used to that reaction, not many people believed it. But it was true, he had never been in a relationship before. "The only people that come to me are the ones looking for an easy lay" Christian shrugged. Of course that was his fault too, he was the one chasing after them half of the time.

"That must hurt" Aidan said quietly. He was incurably romantic and he couldn't imagine sex without love but he had to admit he wondered what it felt like and would definitely like to find out. If only he could find someone who'd like him. "But I'm sure there are peopl ewho like you for you" He sighed and picked up his notebook switching pages to find something to play

"I don't think so. I mean my friends do but all my friends are girls and sadly I've never actually saw my self getting into a long term relationship with a woman.." Christian admitted, blushing sheepishly. "I'm not upset about it really. Love probably isn't for me or I would have found it by now, don't you think? I got the little girl that I wanted..It could be just the two of us forever if thats how it ends up"

"Ah, that's complicates things" Aidan nodded. But a life without love? Either with man or a woman. Or without to be precise. Aidan couldn't imagine that. "No, it can't be that way forever. You will find someone to love and who'll love you. Both of you" He smiled softly plucking at the strings lazily. "Someone who'll see through this talkative, seemingly self-confident nature and see the man you really are"

"And what kind of man do you think I am Mr. Kinney?" Christian asked curiously. He stood to walk across the room to his guitar case, gently pulling out a baby pink guitar from its contents. His favorite color. Aidan had came to hear him play after all.

"I don't know" Aidan shrugged. "I don't think an hour or two is enough to get to know the real Christian Tait." He said honestly. "But I think there's more than just a pretty face and talented fingers....with the instruments I mean" He said blushing. That sounded so very wrong. But he sensed Christian wasn't showing him everything.

Christian arched an eyebrow at that. He pulled up a chair in front of Aidan, outstretching his hand to run it along the other man's inner thigh as if to try and prove him right. Chris Tait had many talents with his fingers. Another reason why he would never find love, because he managed to scare away every person he had ever felt attracted to by doing something like this. "No..it isn't enough"

Aidan gasped again surprised and his hand covered Christian's stopping it before it got too high. And before he could get too embarassed with the situation. His jeans were already very uncomfortable. Altough along with the blush on his cheeks came dilated pupils and his breathing deepened. "I...figured"

Christian retracted his hand as Aidan caught it, setting his guitar in his lap and plucking the strings to tune it as if nothing had just happened. It was best to ignore these incidents than just dwell, although his fingers were still itching to continue their forbidden path.
