Aidan laughed at that. He couldn't help it. "Yes, definitely worried but only about me. Just ask Christian and you'll know. He was laughing at me." For some reason it was easier to talk to her now than to Christian before. Probably because Chris broke the ice. HE was the first to pull those confessions out of him and now it was easier. Especially that she wasn't a stranger but his sister.

"You shouldn't pay attention to that. Christian doesn't understand that not everyone is as confident about themselves as he is. I honestly don't know where he gets it" Adia shrugged. She finally pulled away from the embrace, walking backwards to slump down on to one of the cold metal chairs that were set up along the back wall. "You never answered my question before. Do you have a thing for my brother?"

"Actually Christian was very understanding" Aidan said turning around and walking to the mirrors. He fixed his scarf and jacket using this time to get back his composure. "I can't answer your question. I don't know that. I'm sure you figured out some things about me...see, with my level of inexperience it's really hard to say if I have a thing for him or not. He's the second person to show some hints of interest in me and the first one who did something about it. I could fall for him easily but that wouldn't be real, don't you think?"

"I don't know, it could be real. Someday. I haven't seen him yet so I don't know the situation. From what I'm guessing, you guys haven't known each other long?" Adia questioned, resting her chin on her knee. It wasn't fair how her brother could get guys to react to him this way that easily while she had to work her arse off to just get a look.

"someday is the key word here." Aidan said gesturing. "But for now it's too early to say anything. At least for me" And if what she said about Christian was true it was too early for him too. It would always be too early. Because Aidan would always be just a toy. That brought the pain back into his eyes. Only eyes. He was a good actor if he wanted. "I've only seen him twice" He answered casually. "First time in the park and then that day when we had a practice together"

Adia nodded to show that she understood, noticing for the second time the pain he held in his brown eyes when talking about her ignorant brother. "There's always that chance that he's changed" She reassured him. Everybody had to sometime, right? "Just take things slow"

She noticed. Damn it. "What things? There are no things." He shrugged. "But he's a great musician and I really hope we can work together" He did. Music was the most important thing in his life. His hope to get out of the hell called the Kinney family house. "we could make something big together" His eyes shone with hope

"I'm sure you will. With or without his help" Adia replied, with a weak smile. She was tired of this endless talk about her brother. Her whole life was Christian this and Christian that. She glanced up at the clock on the wall, doing a double take at the lateness of the hour. She had wasted all this time and still had yet to decide which style of dance she would be spending the rest of the semester practicing.

Aidan smiled as always whenhe was talking about his dreams. There were so few people who were willing to listen. But she had her dreams too. "What about you?" He asked. "What are your plans? What would you like to do in the future?" He walked to her and sat on the floor at her feet looking up.

Adia glanced down at him as he sat down on the floor at her feet, hugging her knee tighter to her chest. "I want to become a model. It's been my dream ever since I was a little girl. I want to be the one that people notice for a change.." She shrugged. "It seems like that dream keeps getting farther and farther away from me everyday"

"How come?" Aidan asked tilting his head as he looked at her with his artistic eye. "With your look..." but if she wanted to be a model then whay was she doing here? "Why are you here, in the dance classroom if you want to be a model." That was a good question. He looked at her again biting his bottom lip gently and then a though popped his mind. An idea. A bold idea but who knows..."Listen...I'm not a professional but...I like taking photos and I have to admit I'm pretty good at it. Do you think that maybe...you'd let me take a few pictures of you? Like a small photoshoot"

"That's a really good question. I don't think I know the answer to it myself" Adia sighed with a small shrug. "There isn't anything for models here. I should be at home with my kids and trying to find a job to get my own place, not wasting my time here. I don't even know how to dance" How screwed up was that? Leaving her kids to major in something she didn't know how to do nor was particularly interested in. "If anything it'll help with my poses, don't you think?"
She wrinkled her nose in disappointment at herself, sliding down out of the chair to sit Indian style on the floor in front of him. Hazel eyes widening in surprise and hope. "You're offering me a photoshoot? Are you for real? Yes! I accept! I'll do anything..Thank you!" She gasped, capturing him in a tight bear hug.

"your kids?" Aidan's eyebrows shot up. She had kids? Christian never mentioned that. But then they never talked about her. They didn't even talk too much about Christian's private life. nice. Both twins had kids. Aidan didn't know what to think of it. "Maybe you should transfer to acting instead? Though I have to agree. Dancing would give more grace than acting" he laughed.
When she sat next to him pulling him into a hug he froze surprised. of course his cheeks burned bright red. "Anytime" He mumbled. "I like taking photos and...thought maybe if we managed to get some good ones you could use them"

"My kids, yes.." Adia nodded to let him know he heard right. "I have a six year old daughter and a two year old son. It's a long story..you wouldn't be interested" She had thought for sure that Christian would have told him that already. Half the people here probably already thought she was a whore with Chris's big mouth. "I wouldn't be much of an actor either. I can sing but..I don't know. It might do me good to try something new"
She released him from the hug, rubbing her thumb across his heated cheek in a giggle. No wonder her brother liked him, Aidan was the blushing queen. "Thank you" She repeated. "I could use some more photos for my portfolio. It's still rather small. Where would we do it at and what should I wear?"

Aidan nodded. "I didn't know" He said. "you and Chris must really love children." His innocent nature didn't allow a word like whore exist in his dictionary. He'd never think this way about her.
He smiled at her touch and blushed even more. If it was even possible. "I think..." He closed eyes. "Something innocent and sweet. A photoshoot in the park. Then we could have another one here, with you dancing. And one in something flashy. With spice but not defiant."
