Facing The Facts [Tony]

This was it. All hell was going to break loose and when she would enter the room there would be no way back. When she would knock on the door she had passed the point of no return. So, should she run and wait nine months? Or, should she knock and ruim his life now? At least that was probably how he woulc see it, his life going to hell. Well, if he wanted to acknowledge it all. Tony could very well deny everything.

Reese sighed, knowing that she had to do this. The sooner the better cause she had known this for a week now and it was driving her insane. She didn't know what to do, what to feel nor how to deal with it. He had the right to know even if he probably didn't want to. He still had the right to know what was going on.

Biting her lip, Reese knocked on the door, waiting for him to either open the door or tell her she could come in.

Tony was on his bed, enjoying a lazy kiss with some guy he'd picked up the night before. He was trying to get rid of his feelings for Reese, since she obviously didn't want him. Sure, he knew that he'd deserved that, deserved the cold things she'd said, because he'd done it to so many girls. But that still didn't mean he liked it.

Hearing a knock on the door he broke the kiss with a little upset noise. He ran fingers through the boys hair. He looked so much like Juli that it had been almost scary the moment he laid eyes on him. Then he'd smirked, realised what this could mean, and had taken him home. Ruffling up the blondes hair so it looked even more like the dancer, he smirked and told him to get out, then raised his voice to ask Reese to come in.

While waiting for a response from Tony, her thoughts wondered off to the night she had spend with him a while back. It had been amazing, perfect even for as long as it was meant to last. The morning after hadn’t been that great. He’s pretended to be sweet, truly caring when she had asked him to be just be himself. Not pretend like he cared, like he had done then. He was a jerk, she knew that but it was hard to keep that in mind when he would be all sweet. Eventually he would hook up with another girl, find a new ‘toy’ to play with. She knew how it went, it was just how he was but that did not mean it wasn’t hard to keep herself from ending up with a broken heart. Reese knew that would probably happen anyway but the amount of damage could be a lot…or a little less.

When the door opened she blinked for a moment, when Juli passed her. Or a blond that looked like Juli? Turning around she watched the guy take off, not really sure if it had been him or not. Hearing Tony calling her in the room she turned around, closing the door behind her, leaning against it for a while as her eyes searched for Tony. Who was laying on the bed. Wait. Did he just…? With Juli? Shaking her head do get rid of the thought of Tony with someone else she took a quick breath.

“Hey…”

This was going to be so awkward.

Tony looked up at her, appreciating her for a moment before his face turned into a scowl and he dropped an arm over his forehead. "Hello Mack" His voice was calm, the perfect mixture of control and indifference. "Came for a quick shag, did you? Always knew you'd come back. Everybody does" He gestured towards the door, towards the blonde that had just left. Implying it was indeed Juli who had just exited the room.

Did she want him? Hell Yeah! Would she say it out loud? Hell No. Holding back a wave of nausea of the idea that Tony was screwing half of the school she bit her lip. Shaking her head for a moment her voice was soft, “Don’t feed your ego too much, it doesn’t suit you.” It really didn’t cause she knew he could be so much better than this. “I…ehm… I have to talk to you…or rather tell you something.” By now her heart was racing in her chest, her voice a little insecure.

"If you came to declare your undying love for me, save it for someone who actually gives a shit." Yep, that was Tony alright. Feel one thing, say the opposite. Still. He wanted to mess with Grays head just as much as he wanted Reese. "If you want to say something else, make it interesting and take your top off."

She really should have seen that one coming but it still was a slap in the face. “I already did but he couldn’t care less.” she snapped at him. That had really, really hurt. Reese had told him how she felt about him but he said he couldn’t be with her. Which probably meant he didn’t want to. But to throw it back in her face like this again? That just hurt cause deep down inside Reese knew there wasn’t anyone out there who really did give a shit, about her. Not in the way she wanted people to care that is.

Reese folded her arms in front of her chest and narrowed her eyes. “Screw you Tony.” God, he could be such a pathetic little spoiled brat! “Why is that you always have to act like you’re the best thing walking around on this planet? Grow up for fcuk’s sake! The world does not revolve around you or your ego.” There you had, she was inside for like one minute and already he got her blood boiling.

"If it doesn't, then why are you here trying to talk to me?" Tony cared about her. Would even admit that he sort of had feelings for her. But Reese had turned him down, and you did not turn down Tony Hoult without getting at least some repercussion. "What do you want? You're screwing with my post sex bliss." He would never actually say that he had shagged Juli just yet. Because that would be a lie, and he didn't lie unless he knew no one would find out.

Tony liked to play and when he had acted like he truly cared about her Reese had figured that Tony had been toying with her. How could she not? Tony was known for being a player, not for a caring and sweet guy. “Cause I fcuking care alright?!” Well it was obvious, he was not going to make it all easy on her. Pushing herself away from the door she moved till she was standing besides the bed. “Savor that bliss cause I’ll probably screw over your entire day.” Pushing his feet aside she sat down on his bed, running a hand through her hair she avoided his eyes for a moment. Knowing that she needed to calm down first before she would let all hell break loose.

"No you don't." Tony arched one eyebrow as she sat down on his bed. He had expected her to leave, maybe slap him first, but definitely storm off. The fact that she was still here meant that she had something she really needed to talk about to him. But why would she want to talk to -him-. It didn't make sense. He didn't do the whole talk-thing. He wasn't the friendshippy friend that hugged and cried and did awkward things like honesty.

“Don’t bloody tell me what I do or don’t do Tony!” she sighed, rubbing her eyes for a moment. “I didn’t come here to fight nor to defend that I care. I obviously otherwise….” a frustrated groan left her lips before she continued, “…never mind.” Standing up she looked at him for a moment. “Forget I was ever here…” her voice suddenly turning soft. Right now she didn’t know what to do anymore. Reese knew she had to tell him but hearing him talk to her like this hurt so much. Maybe she shouldn’t tell him just yet…

"Reese, what's wrong?" He tugged at her arm, pulling her back down as she stood up. "Talk to me. I'm-" God, could it really be? Was Tony Hoult about to say those three words? The three words he had never said to anyone? "I am sorry." He'd said I love you before, but never meant it. Never, unless he was talking to Effy.

She plopped down on the bed again, refusing to look at him right until he said he was sorry. Reese looked up with tears in her eyes, dammit! She had promised herself not to cry about this. Crying did not help, it wouldn’t make it go away. “Yeah, me too.” She was, she knew she had been sort of blunt earlier. Maybe he would figure out she was sorry for that, maybe he wouldn’t.

“Tony..I..” she started, a tear rolling down her cheek. She had to tell him, even if he was a jerk he had the right to know about this. “..I’m pregnant…” another tear rolling down her cheek.

".." Pregnant? She was...she was pregnant? "You're...and it's mine?" He was a smart kid. He didn't need the words spelled out to know what she meant by those sentences. Damn it. She was carrying his baby? Holy fcuking shit. Well, he should have known it was bound to happen some day, but that still didn't make it any easier. "What are you planning on doing with it?"

Reese just nodded, it was all she could do now that tears had started flowing down her cheeks. Tony had been the last guy she had slept with and if you did the math the baby had to be his. She was pregnant of the guy she had fallen in love with but who did not want her. How cruel was that? She shrugged, wrapping her arms around herself. “Me? Don’t you mean we?” she managed to get past her lips.
