"Reese...I'm a guy. Guys don't do little subtle things. At least...I wouldn't know where to start." That was, if he even dared to let him know that he liked him. It was just so complicated. If only he'd know what Juli thought about him, about their night together, about Tony. Why did that guy have to be in his way wherever he went? They used to get along reasonably well, until Tony had seduced and hurt a girl to the point where she left the school. Graham Kerr could not be friends with someone like that.
"I just don't know what to do. I mean, yeah, I like him. What's not to like, right? He's cute, and smart and funny and so fcuking gorgeous. God, have you seen those eyes?" A shiver ran down his spine and he grinned for a moment. Yeah, he had it bad. "But I can't just say it, or show it really. I mean...do I have to write him a poem or something?!" Like that would work. Roses are red, violets are blue, Juli I really want to shag you?

Reese giggled softly and winker at her little brother. “Course they do you just need to learn how they work, that’s all.” Guys and girls were not that much different from each other, girls send looks, flipped their hair and boys usually seemed to be lingering around you more. “Why don’t you walk me to class more often? Or wait for me at my locker? I follow the same classes with Juli and his locker happens to be really close to mine so you can pretend to be waiting for me and then ‘accidentally’ see Juli more often You know, subtle things like that.” That wasn’t so hard right?
She nodded, “It’s a good thing he’s gay though. Otherwise we sure would be fighting over him.” Juli was hot, no doubt about it. A laugh left her lips and she shrugged, “Honey you could write a play for him all I care. Just try to spend some more time with him like I just suggested.”

Graham ran fingers through his hair, smiling a little. "I..guess I could do that. It's just, I don't like running into Tony, much. He's always around him, holding onto him and kissing him and stuff and aside from being disgusting it just makes me upset." He'd never admitted that to her, hadn't even admitted it to himself that he really liked Juli, even before their night together. "I'm just so scared that it won't have meant anything to him, you know? Don't you know something? I mean, you're both dancing and maybe he said something about me once?" Pathetic how hopeful he was, wasn't it?

“Yeah I…” but she was just in time to swallow the rest of what she had wanted to say down. It hurt her too to see Tony and Juli that close but not of the same reason as Graham. Damn that stupid crush of hers on Tony, Graham would either kill her or be very disappointed in her when he would find out she liked the musician. “I mean Juli doesn’t know what he’s missing out on.” Avoiding Graham’s eyes for a moment. Alright so that was a lame thing to say but it had been the first thing that had come to her mind.
She shook her head, a few loose strands of hair falling in front of her face. “I’m not close with Juli, I’m sorry.” Not more than average friends was probably what they were. “But I have seen him looking at you at parties a few times.”

"You have? Like...in a good way?" Maybe he should show the other that he was attracted to him. Smile at him a little more often instead of hiding everything he felt like he always did. Maybe it was a good idea to look at him, a little longer than at regular friends but not too long and God, he was horrible at flirting. It was just not his thing. He was a guy, he was up front about things - except his sexuality - and he wasn't all subtle and sneaky as girls were. And neither was Juli. He'd kissed him, hard and fast and demanding, that was his way of saying he wanted him, at least for the night.
